I’m Chlöe Amor-Hurd

I am a L4 Qualified Personal Trainer Specialising in Women’s Health as well as a Barre, Pilates and Yoga Instructor.

I created the BodyMynd Methodology, where a holistic approach is taken, looking at physical movement, nutrition, sleep, energy, and mindset as a whole.

Every client I work with needs to enjoy their journey, as I truly believe if you don’t enjoy what you do, it will never become a lifestyle.

I work in Hertfordshire, Third Space - London, Kew - London and Online being able to work with clients from wherever they are based around the world.

The BODYMYND Story

My love for health and fitness grew whilst I was training as a professional dancer at the Northern Ballet School. Throughout my 3 years at the Northern Ballet, I started my Personal Training Qualifications.

I graduated from the Northern Ballet School, with a Level 6 Diploma in professional dance, and after a short period in the dance industry, I knew I wanted to focus purely on Health and Fitness.

After training many clients from athletes to the elderly, from injured to fully fit for 3 years physically on the gym floor, I changed my approach, gaining more qualifications and experience to go from solely personal training to an well rounded holistic approach.

This was the beginning of the BodyMynd journey bringing the body and mind together, for a lifestyle change that can be sustained for life.
