9-10 AM — Pilates

Start your day with Pilates. Pilates helps you to understand the body and different muscles. Focusing on the core and pelvic floor, Pilates is perfect for anyone at any stage of life.

 
 
 

THURSDAY


10-11 AM — Pilates

Start your day with Pilates. Working on Breath, Concentration, Control, Precision, Centre, and Flow.

 
 
 

FRIDAY


7:45-8:45 AM — Yoga

Start your Friday by flowing through each pose, moving the body in a way that it loves! Followed by a relaxing Yin cool down, leaving you ready to ease into Friday and hit the weekend.
