TUESDAY
9-10 AM — Mat Pilates, Online
Pilates helps you build a deeper connection between the mind and the body, focusing on developing deep core strength, optimal pelvic floor health, body awareness and moving with the breath. Chloe’s Pilates classes focus on the Pilates principles whilst mixing classic moves with some contemporary alternatives to make classes fun, different whilst familiar.
Pilates is perfect for anyone at any stage of life.
10:15-11 AM — Strength 45, Online
Strength 45 is a class designed to help you get stronger, while providing accountability, technique coaching and consistency with your strength training.
For many of us, strength training can feel boring and hard work, which makes dedication and motivation really challenging. After many of my Pilates clients spoke about this, I thought, why not create a 45-minute class where we can all train together?
That’s how Strength 45 came about. It’s a full body class designed to target all major muscle groups, helping you build a strong and balanced body.
This class is perfect for anyone wanting to gain strength, be held accountable and/or learn how to lift weights with confidence.
All you need is a mat, a sturdy chair and one pair of dumbbells.
WEDNESDAY
7:30-8:30 AM Barre Pulse - Third Space, Richmond
8:45-9:30 AM Barre Method - Third Space, Richmond
11:50-12:35 AM LGA (lower body strength) - Third Space, Richmond
Barre is an upbeat class, done to music. It’s a low-impact workout that uses Ballet and Pilates inspired moves to build strength, endurance and flexibility while improving joint mobility and stability. Barre is open to everyone and is a unique and fabulous way to move the body!
THURSDAY

1-2 PM — Mat Pilates - Kew Community Trust, Kew London

FRIDAY
8:30-9:30 AM — Vinyasa Yoga, Online
Yoga is the perfect combination of strength, flow and breath work. Moving your body in a way it loves, elongating, stretching and strengthening all at the same time.
Start your Friday by flowing with Chloe, followed by a relaxing Yin cool down, leaving you ready to ease into Friday and hit the weekend.
11:45-12:30 PM — Mat Fundamentals Pilates - Third Space, Richmond
12:45-1:30 PM — Method, Barre - Third Space, Richmond
