This session is flexible and can be used for PT (in person or zoom) or a support call to delve into areas that are going well and areas that need to be focused on more, to ensure you’re always moving in the right direction.
This combo sets you up for full success with multiple sessions per week via online coaching, with one face to face session with me per week.

FREE ONLINE CONSULTATION - For Chlöe to learn about your current goals, health and fitness history and for you to learn about how Chlöe at BodyMynd can help you achieve them through her BodyMynd Methodology.
MOVEMENT ANALYSIS - To kick things off, Chlöe will perform a movement analysis. This step is crucial in understanding how your body moves, allowing Chlöe to tailor and build a bespoke online programme that perfectly aligns with your goals and individual needs.
FOLLOW A BESPOKE PROGRAMME - To help you achieve your goals whilst allowing you to maximise your time and energy, working around your own clock. Chlöe will adapt your programme as you progress, ensuring that your fitness journey remains exciting and effective.
GAIN KNOWLEDGE AROUND NUTRITION AND MOVEMENT - Knowledge is power. Chlöe will help you feel empowered with insights into nutrition and movement. You'll learn about different types of foods and how to fuel your body optimally, all while still enjoying the foods you love. Additionally, we'll delve into movement patterns and exercises, equipping you with the tools for a lifelong commitment to health and fitness.
ADOPT A CONFIDENT MINDSET - Understanding your motivations and self-worth is essential. Together, we'll explore the deeper reasons behind your goals to help you cultivate the confidence you deserve to have which will help you in your Health and Fitness.

REGULAR 1-1 SUPPORT CALLS - Face-to-face communication is invaluable. You'll have the opportunity for regular one-on-one Zoom calls with Chlöe. These sessions will enable us to connect, discuss your progress, address any questions or concerns, and provide guidance and motivation.

PERSONAL TRAINING SESSIONS - Join Chlöe for a in-person or Zoom PT session where you will work on your goals outlined in your consultation call. Chloe keeps sessions interesting and exciting, whilst working on your goals each session will be slightly different to challenge the body and mind in new ways.
